As a rule of thumb, sadly we do not offer refunds, we will happily accept size exchanges within 14 days. As part of our zero-waste policy, we print each item fresh to order, so we encourage our customers to check our sizing/measurements guides to make sure that they get the right size the first time around. Our team will also be on hand on live chat to give sizing advice, in case you wanted to chat with a human being? Please help us to reduce our carbon footprint by thinking of the environment before returning your item.
How to exchange items?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If it’s not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 14days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your return, please let us know via email, and the team will provide you with a unique returns reference. Failing to include a note with your unique returns reference inside your return package will result in long delays, and may even mean that your package is not identified at all.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.
